Job Summary

Introduction

An exciting opportunity exists within a dynamic organization in the Education & Training sector delivering SETA-accredited programs across multiple learning centres in the Eastern Cape.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to continue the successful rollout of training initiatives while ensuring compliance quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role offers excellent growth potential as the organization expands and achieves its strategic objectives. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Eastern Cape or those with proven familiarity with the region.

As Project Manager the successfulincumbent will take full responsibility for planning coordinating and delivering training projects across various sites. You will ensure programmes are delivered on time within budget and aligned with SETA and SAQA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage training project rollouts across multiple centres
  • Coordinate logistics scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with SETA SAQA and ETQA requirements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including training providers and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor quality and support assessment moderation and certification processes
  • Manage budgets procurement and cost control
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management / Business / Education / Agriculture
  • 35 years project management experience
  • Experience in training education or SETA environment preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site projects
  • Strong knowledge of SETA and SAQA frameworks
