Job Summary

Scope of Work:

Assists Physical Therapist in treatment of patients by implementing an established treatment plan progressing patient through the therapeutic plan communicating with internal and external contacts regarding treatment and documenting treatments all under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Under the supervision of a PT implements treatment and discharge plans.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

Requires an Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program

Work Experience:

None

Michigan licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.

BLS Certification required
