Our Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Team Leader BAM this role you will lead a team to develop and implement technical aspects of the implementation of the BAM including threatened species and ecosystems survey operational policy data and information used in assessments.
About You
To be successful you will bring strong leadership and stakeholder management capability with demonstrated experience delivering complex biodiversity or environmental programs in a policy and legislative context. A proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams to implement and improve biodiversity assessment and processes. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with rigorous project management will enable you to provide strategic evidence-based advice and ensure high-quality timely outcomes.
Key knowledge and experience
- Superior knowledge of the operational and strategic requirements for the successful delivery of biodiversity offsets programs and management activities in the context of current policy and legislative frameworks and reforms.
