What youll be doing(and why youll enjoy it)

Youll take full accountability for managing large-scale engineering projects across their entire lifecycle. This includes setting up projects from enquiry through award leading multidisciplinary teams defining scope schedules budgets and quality plans and managing risks HS&E procurement fabrication installation and commissioning. Youll engage closely with clients and suppliers control costs and change requests and ensure every deliverable meets agreed specifications timelines and quality standardsseeing projects through to successful handover.

Whatyoull need

You will need a BTech BSc or BEng in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering along with a recognised Project Management qualification. Youll be registered or eligible for registration with ECSA and bring 1012 years project management experience within heavy engineering mining oil & gas or mineral processing. Strong leadership communication planning and MS Project skills are essential as is flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required.
