Learning & Development Manager Sales (Durban)
Were on the hunt for a experienced learning leader who knows how to build capability shift behaviour and drive real sales performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing impactful learning experiences embedding them into the business and seeing the direct effect on sales results product understanding and compliance.
What youll own
Sales capability development across telesales and face-to-face environments
Product knowledge and compliance training that translates into confident effective selling
The end-to-end design and rollout of learning programmes
Embedding learning into daily operations to drive measurable performance improvement
