We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with exposure to large-scale property development projects and a passion for managing projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements:
12 years experience in the full-cycle development of large-scale projects
Degree in Town Planning Engineering Architecture or related field
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure
