The Missing Sock is a U.S.-based photography company creating unforgettable school portrait experiences.

Tasks

What youll be doing:

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities to keep our pipeline healthy and growing.
• The Art of Conversation: Managing outbound calls to potential clients. While you need to be comfortable on the phone our focus is on building relationships rather than repetitive cold-calling.
• Pipeline Management: Tracking your progress and managing prospects with efficiency using our CRM tools.
• Strategy & Closing: Driving the sales process from initial contact all the way to a successful close.

Requirements

What were looking for:

• Experience: 13 years of proven experience in sales or lead generation.
• English Proficiency (C1 minimum): You must be able to communicate fluently professionally and persuasively in English.
• Resilience: You have a high degree of emotional intelligence and know how to take no for an answer with professionalism keeping the door open for future opportunities.
• Drive: You are self-motivated organized and capable of managing your own workflow effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms Google Suite and general remote collaboration tools.
