5 7 years experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Internal IT Support
- Strong knowledge of: Windows OS (10/11) Microsoft 365 Basic networking & VPN Active
Directory / Azure AD (basic intermediate)
- Experience using ticketing systems (Freshservice Jira ServiceNow etc.)
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Process driven mindset with strong ownership
- Experience supporting global or multi country organizations
