Experienced Residential HVACR Technician

We are actively seeking atop-tier HVAC/R Technicianwith strong refrigeration expertise to join our Residential New Construction (RNC) Service Division.

This isnot an entry- or mid-level role. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can step in immediately take ownership of complex service calls and confidently diagnose and resolve issues without relying on guesswork or parts swapping. This role supports high-end residential clients where precision efficiency and professionalism are critical.

Due to increasing demand from priority clients this individual will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and technical excellence.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Perform advanced diagnostics startup and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently

• Support high-end residential and RNC service calls

• Ensure systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners builders and internal teams

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience (senior-level required)

• Strong background in refrigeration diagnostics and troubleshooting

• EPA Certification (required)

• Proven ability to diagnose issues accurately not a parts changer

• Experience with Mitsubishi systems is a plus

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record

• Professional presence and strong communication skills especially with high-end clientele
