Job Summary
HVAC TECHNICIAN III
Paris TX 1st Shift MondayFriday $28$34/hr
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician III to support commercial and industrial facility operations. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining complex HVAC systems and building automation controls.
What Youll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems
- Maintain AHUs ACUs VAVs heat pumps boilers chillers and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and repair building automation and control systems
- Monitor refrigerant systems pumps valves piping and chilled water systems
- Conduct inspections equipment rounds and system performance checks
- Maintain logs PM records and maintenance documentation
- Support chemical water treatment programs and equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Work closely with maintenance teams and CMMS scheduling processes
What Were Looking For:
- 8 years of HVAC maintenance experience in industrial or commercial facilities
- Strong experience with HVAC controls and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license
- Universal Refrigeration License required
- Valid drivers license
- Must be at least 21 years old
