We are looking for aHead of Logistics who will architect build and scale a world-class logistics operation in a fast-growing global trading company.
You are comfortable being deep in operations while simultaneously building strategy structure and scalability. You dont choose between hands-on execution and long-term thinking: you do both.
This is a build role. You take full ownership of end-to-end logistics. You design the structure upgrade the team implement scalable systems and turn logistics into a competitive advantage.
This role is hands-on. You lead from the front solve problems yourself and set the execution standard.
You are part of the Management Team operating at the center of the business and directly contributing to company-wide success.

- Build a self-sufficient high-performance team
- Implement smart processes systems and automation

- Drive cost efficiency and operational reliability
- Ensure full shipment visibility and control
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Enable the commercial teamlogisticsshould accelerate growth not block it
- Set up dashboards KPIs and performance tracking

Your profile
What you bring
- 710 years of experience inlogisticsor supply chain
- At least 35 years in a leadership role(Lead Manager or Head of)
- Fluency in English;additionallanguages are a plus
- Proven ability to build and scale teams into self-sufficient units
- Strong architect mindsetyou design before youoptimize
- Process and systems thinker
- Strong focus on automation and smart ways of working
- Comfortable being deep in operations while simultaneously building strategy structure and scalability
- Ownershipyou take full responsibility for outcomes
- Hands-on leadershipyou execute not delegate from a distance
- Strong stakeholder management (Sales Finance external partners)
- Analytical and cost-driven
