Conference & Events Sales Manager – Part Time (0.8 FTE) – Fixed Term 10- 12 Months (Onsite)
Job Summary
- Drive conference and events sales to achieve monthly conversion targets
- Prepare quotations and proposals for conferences meetings and events
- Coordinate events from enquiry through to execution
- Liaise closely with operational departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maximise revenue opportunities through strategic planning and upselling
- Maintain a strong onsite presence to support clients and operations as required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Hotel Conference & Events Sales
- Experience with Delphi and Opera preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Positive motivated and outgoing personality
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work onsite
