The Opportunity
Our Orrcon Manufacturing business has an opportunity available for a Storeperson/ Onsite Driver to join the team based in Salisbury QLD.
No previous operations or manufacturing experience No problem - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career with us.
This role is full-time and permanent on a fixed Afternoon Shift working Monday to Friday from 1:48 PM to 10:00 PM.
Your starting weekly rate will be from $1289.34 depending on your skills and experience. As you learn and develop in the role your weekly rate will increase in line with our structured level system. Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading allowance. Public holidays are paid.

What Will You Do
In this role you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered on time every time.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- transporting products between nearby onsite storage locations using a purpose-built Heavy Combination (HC) vehicle
- safely loading and unloading steel products from trucks and customer vehicles
- operating forklifts and cranes
- accurately picking and packing orders for customer delivery and collection
- completing general warehouse and despatch duties
Please note - this is not a long-haul driving role. The HC license is required as part of daily operations as products are transported between nearby storage locations via public access roads within the site.

While previous operations or manufacturing experience isnt essential were looking for someone with a strong safety mindset willingness to learn and a positive team-focused attitude.
