How youll add value
- The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms including Email WhatsApp and Chat
- During the first month you will:
- Get to know our company our team and our product thoroughly
- Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role
- Within the first 60 days you will support the Guest Relations team by suggesting new ideas and leveraging AI tools to drive smarter more efficient ways of working.
- After 6 months in your role you will take on more responsibility by identifying and leading process improvements using AI to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- At all times you will aim to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Have a true passion to provide amazing guest experiences
- Have strong writing and speaking skills in English. Languages such as German Spanish Italian or French are a strong plus
- Are an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are proactive eager to learn and to execute innovative ideas
- Enjoy working with people and embody the spirit of #enableeachothertosucceed
- Have experience in the travel industry (a plus)
