Job Summary
The Mission Nagarro is looking for a high-energy connected Account Sales professional to drive our expansion within Deutsche Telekom. You will be responsible for identifying qualifying and closing new project opportunities. By mapping the DT organization and building deep-rooted relationships you will ensure that Nagarro is the first-call partner for DTs digital transformation AI and software engineering needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting: Identify white space within the DT Group (Telekom Deutschland T-Systems Group Innovation) where Nagarros services can add value.
Relationship Orchestration: Build a multi-threaded relationship map across DT connecting with IT Directors Product Owners and Business Leads.
Demand Generation: Create a steady stream of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and convert them into tangible project proposals.
Deal Leadership: Lead the sales cycle from initial pitch to contract signature. Work closely with our technical Practice Leads to design winning solutions.
Consultative Selling: Position Nagarros Fluidic Enterprise concept to help DT solve complex problems in Generative AI Cloud Transformation 5G Monetization and Customer Experience.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of DTs internal shifts budget cycles and competitor moves to position Nagarro proactively.
Qualifications :
The DT Network: You have an existing active network within Deutsche Telekom. You know the stakeholders the culture and the procurement unwritten rules.
Sales Excellence: 10 years of experience in IT Services/Software Sales. You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (Order Intake).
Technical Literacy: You can speak confidently about modern tech stacksMicroservices DevOps AI/ML and Cloudwithout needing a developer by your side for every call.
Communication: Native-level German is essential for this role along with fluent English for internal collaboration with our global delivery centers.
