Overview
Nakupuna Federal is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler and Risk Lead to support program execution within PEO C4Is Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760). This role leads integrated planning schedule discipline and risk management across the portfolio by developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and managing the program office Risk Register. The position provides forward-looking analysis of schedule performance dependencies and risk exposure ensuring leadership has clear actionable visibility into execution status and emerging issues affecting delivery of integrated C4I capabilities to the Fleet.
Responsibilities

- Lead development maintenance and integration of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across capability and mission areas.
- Integrate schedules across PIPMs IPMs and functional teams to ensure alignment traceability and consistency.
- Identify critical paths key dependencies and cross-thread impacts across capability and mission areas.
- Conduct advanced schedule analysis to identify risks delays and performance trends.
- Develop maintain and manage the program office Risk Register.
- Integrate risks across PIPMs IPMs and functional teams to provide a portfolio-level view of risk exposure.
- Establish and maintain risk management processes tools and data standards across the program office.
- Ensure risks issues and opportunities are clearly defined assessed and tracked to closure.
- Coordinate risk identification assessment and mitigation planning across internal and external stakeholders.
- Align risk data with schedule dependencies to identify compounded impacts and critical vulnerabilities.
- Provide integrated schedule and risk analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports dashboards and visualizations.
- Support scenario analysis and forecasting to inform program decisions.
- Align schedule and risk outputs with governance forums program reviews and leadership engagements.
- Identify systemic or cross-thread risks and elevate with recommended courses of action.
- Proactively anticipate emerging risks and schedule impacts and provide early visibility to leadership.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling principles and practices
- Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project Primavera or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of DoD risk management practices including the Risk Issue and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework RMF) concepts and integration with program risk
- Ability to integrate schedule risk and performance data into a cohesive execution picture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for leadership
- Strong communication and executive briefing skills
- Ability to lead coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate proactively identifying and addressing issues before they impact execution
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering business program management or related field.
- 10 to 15 years supporting DoD acquisition programs
- Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules across complex programs
- Experience managing program-level risk registers and integrating risk across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience applying DoD risk management frameworks including RIO or equivalent
- Experience supporting DoD NAVWAR NAVSEA or similar organizations preferred.
- Prior military experience is highly valued particularly in roles involving planning operations or program leadership such as:
- Operations or planning roles with strike groups or major commands
- Staff roles supporting senior leadership or program offices
- Acquisition or program office support roles
- Familiarity with Navy C4I systems surface ship operations or Fleet-level processes is desired and may strengthen candidate competitiveness.
Certification:
- No specific certification required.
- Relevant certifications or training that may strengthen candidacy include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
- PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
- Defense Acquisition Workforce certifications
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $130000.00 to $165000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
