Job Summary
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting Statistics Actuarial Science or a related quantitative field
- 3 6 years experience in a Business Analyst Financial Analyst Credit Analyst or similar analytical role
- Previous exposure to financial services banking fintech lending insurance or asset finance environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercial mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or other data visualisation tools advantageous
- Ability to analyse large datasets and convert findings into meaningful business insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated curious and capable of working independently
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial modelling advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and management information tools for portfolio monitoring
- Analyse customer product and channel performance to identify trends risks and growth opportunities
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing credit and strategic decision-making
- Interpret complex data and provide actionable business recommendations to leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance sales risk and credit departments
- Support monthly executive and board reporting by presenting insights and portfolio performance trends
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics function
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and business planning activities
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for operational and financial optimisation
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of business and financial data
- Contribute to strategic projects and commercial growth initiatives across the business

- Advanced Microsoft Excel certification beneficial
- SQL or data analytics training advantageous
