- Experience with health policy and claims administration systems.
- Will interface with onshore teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) and oversee BA and QA activities.
- Must quickly provide functional support to the offshore team focused on GIAS health policy and claims.
- Will drive the transition from traditional requirements management to AI-assisted processes leveraging existing knowledge repositories.
- Optional: Experience using LLM-based chatbots for managing requirements documentation.
