職務内容

ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発量産立ち上げを担うNew Product Introduction (NPI)部門において開発製品を計画通りに市場へ投入するためにUS本社製品開発部門海外量産工場など多岐にわたるチームと連携の上開発のスケジュール管理開発試作計画の立案実行までの広範囲の領域を担当いただきます新製品開発立上げプロジェクトまたはプロジェクトマネージメント経験を有しリーダーシップマネージメントスキルを発揮しチームワークを重視し困難を乗り越えて業務を遂行してきた経験が活かせる業務です

Responsible for leading the successful Development of new products from Staging through mass production. This role acts as the central across PMO Development Engineering Manufacturing SCM Quality and Factory to ensure the New products Schedule to deliver time to market and meet the required cost quality and performance levels.
The position is a Specialist Development Lead with strong knowledge of overall manufacturing processes and BOM design and project management and who can lead endtoend projects to improve future work efficiency for future Management candidate.

製品開発部門からの要求事項を基に試作計画を立案し国内外関連部門との調整指示を行いながら進捗在庫コストを統合的に管理し新製品市場導入を加速する各種プロジェクトや新規システム導入をリードして業務プロセスのDX推進を担う
具体的な業務は以下の通り

1. 新製品開発における製品コアチームの一員であるNPI Program Manager は新製品開発フェーズにおける NPI 活動全体を統括し関連部門へタイムリーに状況を共有報告する
2. コアチームでの製品仕様と開発方針 認定計画の協議と決定事項の部門展開
3. QSRに向けた認定計画に則った部品構成計画の設定と展開
4.  HDD製品における新製品開発プログラムを担当し開発初期フェーズから工場導入および量産立上げまでを一貫してリード
5. 部門横断のチームに対して技術およびプログラム面でのリーダーシップを発揮し新製品導入の成功事業目標の達成ならびに開発製造プロセスの継続的改善を推進
6. NPI Build ステータス進捗のタイムリーな更新および共有と管理および製造プロセス関連問題の解決までのトラッキング

Qualifications :

必須となる経験資格スキル 

• エンジニアリングサプライチェーンビジネスMBA分野における修士号
• 新製造技術またはプロセスの量産導入経験
• 製品開発プログラムでチームリード
• 大卒以上
• メーカーにおけるエンジニアリング経験(5年以上)及び他部門を含むチームマネージメント経験
• マネージメント PM の経験
• プロジェクトマネージャーの経験

あると望ましい経験資格スキル

• エンジニアリングサプライチェーンビジネスMBA分野における修士号
• 新製造技術またはプロセスの量産導入経験
• 製品開発プログラムでチームリード
• 部下を持ってのプロジェクトマネージャーの経験
• コストモデリングショルダーコスト分析バリューエンジニアリングの経験
• グローバルな複雑なサプライチェーンソーシング研究開発パートナーシップにおける経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル
  実務での使用経験は不要ですが入社後英語のメールや文書の読み書きは必須
  海外エンジニアとの会議コミュニケーションは頻繁に実施
• 日本語ネイティブレベル社内外含む業務上の調整会議資料作成会話が可能

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or related field
• 814 years of experience in NPI Manufacturing Engineering Program Management or Operations
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams and global team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with highvolume manufacturing or complex electromechanical products
• Experience working with global manufacturing sites and suppliers
• Project Management Skills or equivalent certification is a plus
