What youll be doing
- Own and deliver revenue growth in Japan
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
- Build relationships with major retail chains and key decision-makers
- Identify and close new business opportunities (100K2M deals)
- Launch and grow new product lines
- Work closely with global teams across sales product and operations
- Stay ahead of market trends competitors and customer needs

Requirements
What were looking for
- 4 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Proven track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Experience selling into retail (100 store networks)
- Strong commercial mindset hunter not a farmer
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English (Japanese is a strong advantage)
