Job Summary
Role: Brand Lead

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy &Positioning
Define and execute the long-term brand vision and strategy aligned with business
objectives.
Develop clear brand positioning messaging and communication frameworks.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
Integrated Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital social media influencer
marketing retail and PR.
Lead the development of annual brand plans (ABP) and campaign calendars.
Manage creative and media agencies to deliver impactful and on-brand communication.
Business & P&L Alignment
Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive tangible
business outcomes.
Monitor brand performance through key metrics such as market share penetration
awareness and ROI.
Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget effectively.
Innovation & New Product Development
Collaborate with the NPD and R&D teams to identify consumer insights and drive innovation
pipelines.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches including packaging pricing and
communication.
Track product performance and iterate based on consumer feedback.
Channel &Consumer Activation
Partner with General Trade Modern Trade Q-Commerce and D2C teams to ensure strong
in-market execution.

Who You Are
Experience: 6 10 years in brand management within FMCG or consumer-focused
organizations.
Education: MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate consumer insights into impactful brand strategies.
Execution Excellence: Hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and results.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how brand investments translate into business
growth.
Creative & Analytical: Equally comfortable with storytelling and data-driven decision-
making.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders
