Job Title: Property Services Intern
Job Type: Full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) Temporary 8-week contract (starting June 15)
Schedule: Weekdays with travel to sites as required
Salary: $20/hour

What youll be doing:
- Conducting on-site inspections of fixed assets across multiple property locations recording equipment details such as model manufacturer and service history.
- Entering and updating asset data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verifying existing asset records to ensure consistency completeness and data integrity within the system.
- Performing quality control audits of janitorial maintenance and pest control services to ensure compliance with standards.
- Documenting audit findings and identifying discrepancies risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting reporting and communication of audit results to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Traveling to various Goodwill sites to support asset verification and facilities-related initiatives.
What you bring to the table:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Business Administration Facilities Management Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and entry.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple site visits and tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
- Interest in property services asset management or facilities operations.
