We have an exciting opportunity for a Summer Student to support our Clinical Programs!


Employment Status: Temporary Full Time

Duration: August 2026

Hours of Work: Day shifts from Monday to Friday occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required - subject to change as per Management Rights

Location: Humber River Health Wilson Site

Employee Group: Non Union

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Reporting Relationship: Vice President Clinical Programs

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support installation of new re-branded white boards
  • Collaborate with clinical teams on install schedule and execute the Go-live plan
  • Create validated list of patient education materials that require translation in different languages
  • Coordinate meetings with clinical teams to apply the RNAO cultural competence BPG to patient education materials in collaboration with the program director team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be actively enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required.
  • Candidates from the North West Toronto community are especially encouraged to apply preference will be given to local residents.
  • Intermediate/proficient computer skills - Microsoft office (Word Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to multitask competing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced service-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
