What Youll Do:
Be the Hub: Coordinate all aspects of Maintenance Customer Orders (MCO)from initiation to closure.
Drive Efficiency: Keep projects on track by managing documentation schedules and stakeholder communication.
Problem-Solve: Identify risks escalate issues and ensure smooth execution of repairs.
Deliver Quality: Validate documentation and ensure compliance with Service Excellence standards.
Support Customers: Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to keep jobs moving.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
24 years in coordination project management or service roles (construction oilfield dealership experience an asset).
