Summer Student, Office Administration
Job Summary
Role Impact:
The Summer Student role provides essential administrative and operational support to the property management team. This position ensures the office functions efficiently by managing documentation coordinating facility logistics and assisting with tenant-facing activities.
What you will deliver:
- Organize and maintain departmental ïling system by ensuring all materials are securely ïled on a timely and accurate basis so that documents are readily available and easily retrieved when necessary;
- Provide general administrative support to property management as required.
- Administrative duties such as monitoring and maintaining departmental oïce supplies reviewing supply requests and ordering items that need replenishing and coordinating tenant meeting rooms bookings.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for tenants ensuring all interactions are handled promptly and courteously maintaining the CF brand image.
- Manage the scheduling of shared spaces and logistics such as conference rooms and freight elevators to prevent service interruptions.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of tenant-facing events (e.g. Stampede Breakfast Food Truck event) ensuring logistical tasks are completed on time to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Computer literate and fully proïcient in Google Workspace Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint;
- Customer service focused;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Solid organizational and prioritizing skills;
- Strong research and analytical skills.
