About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting with vestibular rehabilitation also part of the caseload. A pelvic health caseload is available for interested candidates. All care is delivered one-on-one in 45-minute sessions with no patient overlap unless you as the treating therapist determine it is clinically appropriate. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 44 patients per week. You will have full autonomy over your schedule. The staff-level position includes a path to management for interested candidates. The Clinic Director role combines management responsibilities with direct patient care for clinicians ready to lead.
Schedule
Monday through Friday with clinic hours running 7am to 7pm. No weekends. No holidays. Flexible scheduling is available and you will have the autonomy to build a schedule that works for your life.
Compensation
Base compensation starts at $97000 with experienced candidates expected to earn over $100000. Total compensation reaches $120000 or more when all components are included. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is available.

Requirements
Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Alaska. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support. Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 16 hours across 2 weekdays.
