We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility function and overall quality of life for patients.

This role provides the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and independence.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training and rehabilitation services

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams

• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs

• Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation outpatient acute care or long-term care preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay Rate: $46.20 $53.90 per hour
