Youll provide personalized in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each childs unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services this is a truly collaborative interdisciplinary settingcomplete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists BCBAs and Mental Health providers. Requirements:

• You are eager to grow your skills in high-demand clinical areas such as AAC feeding and childhood apraxia of speech.
• You do your best work surrounded by a supportive and diverse team of child specialists.
• You have amasters degree in Speech-Language Pathologyand an Illinois state license in good standing.
• You have prior experience conducting assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.

Your role as a Speech-Language Pathologist

As part of our interdisciplinary team you will collaborate with SLPs OTs PTs BCBAs Mental Health Practitioners and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
• Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech language social and feeding skills
• Educate families staff and the community on AAC and other communication supports
• Collaborate with doctors teachers and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
• Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
