Job Summary

Support the Planning team in the day-to-day execution and analysis of production and/or demand planning activities within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment. This role will help ensure accurate planning data integrity and operational support by maintaining reports analyzing indicators and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Here is a glimpse of what youll do:

Support the creation update and maintenance of production and/or demand plans.
Track plan compliance (plan vs. actual) and support follow-up activities.
Maintain and update planning reports using Excel and internal systems (e.g. Kinaxis Baan).
Analyze data to identify risks or improvement opportunities related to capacity demand and inventory.
Support load balancing and capacity validation (headcount machinery).
Assist in the generation and maintenance of dashboards and KPIs (Tableau).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production Purchasing and Logistics.
Support process documentation and operational improvements.

Here is some of what youll need (required):

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Industrial Engineering Logistics Administration Supply Chain or related field.
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas pivot tables).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Interest in supply chain production planning and data analysis.
Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
