About the role:

• Assist in receiving and managing requests from clients.
• Assist in the planning design and execution of events ensuring that all elements are managed within the established timeframes at our clients.
• Assist in interacting with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in gathering information and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute with ideas to improve the services provided and the quality of events.
• Assist in the organization and management of event details such as décor catering entertainment location guest list equipment and promotional materials.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may arise before or during the event.
• Support pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting on the results.

About you:

• We are ideally looking for candidates with a background in Business Marketing or Advertising
• Pro-active with a hands-on approach
• Enthusiasm and bags of creativity!
• Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to think practically and strategically
• Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
• Good knowledge of social media
• Team player AND the ability to work autonomously
• Passionate about brands and innovative ideas
• Some knowledge of media and advertising industry
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with university is a must.
