Job Summary

Due to continued growth Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS) is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position at Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio in Dayton. This role is open to full-time part-time or PRN candidates with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

We are seeking a personable Physical Therapist with strong communication skills who thrives in a collaborative patient-centered environment. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and ongoing support.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time Part-Time or PRN

  • Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

  • Location: Dayton OH

  • Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM5:00 PM

  • Flexible scheduling available

  • No weekends

  • No holidays

Caseload & Patient Population

  • General outpatient orthopedic caseload

  • Patients of all ages

  • Full-time PTs treat an average of 11 patients per day

  • Opportunity to develop clinical interests or specialty skills

  • Emphasis on evidence-based care and strong patient relationships

  • Starting salary in the $80000 range for full-time (increases with experience and qualifications)

Job Requirements

  • Eligible for Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored

  • Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN candidates will be considered

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
