Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Pipe Yard Supervisor.
Position Details
Reports toourSenior Warehouse Manager
Direct oversight of4associates
Monday Friday 7am to 5pm or until work is completed
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a productive pipe yard by hiringtrainingand providing professional development forall ofits associates
Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
Ensure pipe yard space isutilizedeffectively and kept clean and orderly
Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed
Maintain security of pipe yard and safety of all associates and equipment reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
Qualifications
A strong background in warehouse operations andlogistics including shipping receiving delivery and inventory is
2 years of warehouse or pipe yard management or supervisory experience is preferred
Material Handling Equipment Certificationispreferred
A working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Good judgment and decision-making abilities
Great communicationskills and the ability and desire to lead a team

Pay Range:

$15.58 - $33.85-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
