The Role
As Director of Sales youll sit at the leadership table reporting directly to the CEO. This isnt a keep things running position this is a build lead and scale opportunity.
Youll own:

  • Sales strategy and execution across the region
  • Revenue growth and performance metrics
  • Leadership coaching and development of the sales team
  • New account development
  • Alignment of sales initiatives with company vision and values
