Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is accepting applications for a Used Car Sales Director at our 43000 sqft indoor preowned showroom:

• Recruit train and retain top sales talent. Set measurable performance standards.
• Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring managing and moving appropriate inventory. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department. Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes.
• Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals.
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.
• Attend sales manager meetings

Qualifications :

• At least two years of automotive retail sales experience. 
• Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train develop and retain top talent.
• Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to present orally to a public audience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
