What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking an Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operational support monitoring and sustainment activities for an enterprise data analytics and AI environment (hybrid - on-prem and cloud environment)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead daily operational activities including platform health compliance monitoring and data operations.
• Oversee AI/ML Ops DevSecOps and platform operations activities.
• Manage vulnerability scanning patching and platform compliance activities.
• Support operations and maintenance for analytics tools such as Alteryx.
• Provide enterprise-scale data management and operational support.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies to improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate closely with engineers architects and stakeholders to ensure operational stability.
• Prior experience with security compliance vulnerability management and patching and platform upgrade activities (Alteryx Business Objects etc.)

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship. is required
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in platform operations data operations or related roles.
• Strong experience supporting Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML Ops and data operations.
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Prior experience supporting financial services or regulatory organizations.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
