About Brellium

Brelliums mission is a big one to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. Weve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.

Each year 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time staffing and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.

Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent data-driven care - at scale.

Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then weve grown to serve over 250000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven compliant care. Were a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital Left Lane Capital and Menlo Ventures.

About the role

As our Operations Associate you will be the backbone of Brelliums day-to-day operations owning everything from facility coordination with our buildings property managers to running our company snack program to supporting critical back office work across Finance and People teams. Youll thrive in a role that demands flexibility ownership of unglamorous work and a genuine commitment to making life easier for your colleagues. An A player in this position sees every task no matter how small as an opportunity to deliver excellence and continuously improve how we operate. Youll juggle multiple priorities with ease maintaining a customer service mindset even when handling behind-the-scenes coordination and youll be the kind of person who spots inefficiencies and fixes them before being asked.

What youll do at Brellium

Deliver: You manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously from facilities requests to snack inventory to finance support without letting any ball drop or creating bottlenecks for other teams. You execute with accuracy and attention to detail on back office tasks ensuring that Finance and People teams receive what they need on time and correctly formatted.

Partner: You anticipate needs before being asked like knowing when snack inventory is running low or proactively checking in with stakeholders on project status and you respond to requests with a problem-solving mindset rather than a checklist mentality. You handle frustration or unclear requests with patience and curiosity asking clarifying questions to truly understand what someone needs rather than making assumptions or pushing back.

Improve: You implement small wins quickly and measure whether they actually worked creating a feedback loop where you iterate based on what you learn rather than assuming your first solution is final. You document processes and share learnings across teams so that improvements compound over time and others benefit from what youve discovered.
