Job Summary (Plastic Manufacturing Associate):
- Operate robotic plastic injection molding machines (1-5 at a time)
- Perform visual inspection and packaging of parts
- Operate auto load assembly machines
- Inspect packaged products for quality
- Identify and report quality issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records as required
- Work efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate basic math and computer skills
- Pay strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment
- Preferred experience: manufacturing injection molding handling small/delicate parts medical/pharmaceutical industry
