What does an Architect/Architectural Designer do at Bonaventure

Develop and maintain Revit models from schematic design through construction documents

Prepare permit and construction drawing sets with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants (structural MEP civil landscape)

Assist in the development and implementation of Revit standards templates and families.

Assist with code research zoning analysis and agency submittals

Incorporate redlines and QA/QC comments efficiently and accurately

Support RFIs submittals and construction administration tasks

Participate in internal design reviews and coordination meetings

Required Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture ( or )

35 years of experience in an architectural firm or AEC environment

Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems

Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-family residential or commercial project types

Familiarity with Oregon codes and local permitting agencies

Experience with AutoCAD Bluebeam SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

Actively pursuing architectural licensure
