Job Summary

Location: San Francisco CA (in-person 5 days a week)

Compensation: $150000 - $250000 per year

Join an AI-native marketing automation platform as a Growth Designer owning the brand creative and storytelling that turns a strong product into something people genuinely want to engage with.

What Youll Own

- Work on exciting new product launches: launch videos webpages and collateral

- Help build out ambitious end-to-end creative programs from scratch

- Work with partners and influencers to represent and grow the brand

- Ideate and execute growth experiments across new channels

- Own end-to-end content creation: concept script shoot edit publish

- Turn features workflows and real customer use cases into relatable compelling content

- Design and produce events and programming such as hack nights speaker series and dinners

- Build and nurture community through onboarding experiences meetups and digital channels

- Rigorously track performance and iterate quickly based on whats working

- A knack for storytelling and turning the mundane into something people actually want to watch or read

- Relentless experimentation with hooks formats trends and narrative styles to build content that compounds over time

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

- Comfort with outreach through social media and digital channels

- Impeccable attention to detail aesthetic sensibility and craft

- High collaboration skills able to work across product engineering sales and design
