This Senior Product Manager for Client Authentication is an individual contributor responsible for driving execution across assigned capabilities and initiatives while providing day-to-day leadership structure and direction to partners across Product Technology Operations Risk and Compliance.This role supports the ongoing health and modernization of client authentication and related servicing experiences by leading key initiatives with cross-organizational stakeholders performing complaint and Voice-of-Client analysis supporting intake into Agile delivery (as needed) supporting governance routines and ensuring control and risk activities are executed timely and with quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research analyze and learn about a target client segment to garner a deep understanding of their segment and that segments financial needs.
2. Be an expert with respect to the competition industry trends and changing customer needs. Demonstrate thought leadership and champion the business vision across the company.
3. Analyze the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translate analyses into sound recommendations based on data and experience.
4. Collaborate with a wide variety of partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap that supports business goals.
5. Collaborate and engage key stakeholders including lines of business operations and other functional areas in the planning and execution of projects.
6. Write epics and features in support of the defined roadmap working with partners to prioritize across teams.
7. Set Planning Increment (PI) vision priority and definition partnering with product owners on feature prioritization and delivery timelines.
8. Develop feature backlog roadmap leading high level deliverables including discovery prototypes/wireframes usability studies partner demos and web analytics planning.
9. Obtain partner alignment and approvals including legal compliance security fraud and others as needed.
10. Partner to set Pricing and ensure billing follows all associated processes and procedures.
11. Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap sharing analysis with partners.
12. Work with Readiness to create client and teammate facing content.
13. Risk management: Ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) process & procedures are followed supporting security risk audit and more and ensure action items and deadlines are met. Lead risk presentations working with other PM and PO partners on evidence to support recommendations.
14. Attend Agile ceremonies as applicable.
15. Mentor other Product Managers on product management practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business engineering design or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
2. Ten or more years of banking financial services or other relevant work experience
3. Five or more years of product analysis technology and/or design experience
4. Five or more years of leading cross functional teams
5. Previous experience working as a Product Manager
6. Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution
7. Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs
8. Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives
9. Proven ability to use data analytics research and testing methodologies to drive business decisions diagnose problems and recommend action plans to resolve issues
10. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
11. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based results-driven environment
12. Comfortable with ambiguity leading work autonomously and making independent decisions
13. Excellent skills in presentation facilitation communication and negotiation
14. Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs
15. Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations to explain and sell plans/vision
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in business engineering design or technology field; banking or financial management education
2. Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
3. Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent)
Additional Job Description :
Lead execution for assigned programs/products by translating strategy into measurable plans milestones and deliverables while proactively managing risks dependencies and decisions.
Use approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and communications (e.g. meeting materials KPI/issue summaries and requirements artifacts) and validate outputs for accuracy completeness and adherence to Truist policy and risk standards.
Triage and analyze complaints and demand intake to identify root-cause themes coordinate timely responses and drive escalations/hand-offs to the right product technology and operations owners.
Own KPI and performance reporting (e.g. volume defect rates authentication outcomes and operational impacts) and translate insights into recommendations that improve client experience risk outcomes and operational efficiency.
Drive stakeholder governance by producing clear agendas and pre-reads capturing decisions and actions and ensuring follow-through across operating routines working groups and forums.
Shape and champion a differentiated product vision by analyzing market/competitive trends aligning partners on strategy and roadmap and influencing outcomes across lines of business operations and technology.
