Job Summary
To lead field operations in executing the delivery of safe reliable efficient natural gas distribution service within an assigned geographic territory. Assumes overall responsibility for compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as best industry practices. Drives excellence through continuous improvement in all aspects of operations. As a member of the operations management team leads the implementation and execution of operational initiatives building consistency and collaboration across the organization. Provides direction clarity coaching and performance management to a team of front-line leaders contractors and field employees to ensure the highest level and quality of customer service at the lowest cost throughout the assigned operating center geographical area.

$133400.00 - $200100.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidates skills job-related knowledge and relevant experience as well as internal pay equity.
