At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.Those in proposal strategy at PwC will effectively communicate ideas solutions and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. Working in this area you will support the largest most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching pursuit and BXT (Business Experience Technology) sales methodology professional pursuit coaching bid management bid evaluation and copy-editing support and advice.
Your team
The Advisory Activation Hub is PwC Switzerlands centralised proposal and pursuit function supporting our Advisory practice. The team works closely with partners directors and engagement teams across industries to shape winning client proposals. Combining project management storytelling and digitalexpertise the team supports complex and strategic pursuits end to end while continuously improving toolsprocessesand ways of working to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
Your impact
Lead proposal services for large and/or strategic advisory pursuits across industries deliveringhighqualityRFPcompliantresponses
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of contributors and oversee content development information gathering design coordination and quality reviews throughout the pursuit lifecycle
Manage advisory pursuit processes end to end ensuring adherence to RFP deadlines and effective resource allocation
Provide coaching on pursuit processes and related tasks including prioritising and overseeing design support from onshore and offshore delivery centres
Work closely with partnersdirectorsand pursuit team members to manage key internal stakeholders and contributenew ideasin a collaborative manner
Ensure early and thorough understanding of RFP requirements and define and communicate a clear response strategy and solution approach
Support the pursuit sales coach and engagement teams in developing win strategies including compelling storytelling and differentiated value propositions
Build a strong understanding of the global PwC network and the Swiss organisation toidentifyand mobilise the most relevantexpertiseand credentials for each pursuit
Lead andparticipatein internal and external debriefings embedding lessons learned into future pursuits
Support senior management on sales pipeline topics including the use of tools such as Salesforce
Represent theAdvisoryActivation Hub in internal PwC forums such as introductory training sessions for new joiners
Continuously evolve the online pursuit support platform and drive the implementation ofAIenabledand digital solutions to streamline proposal management
Your skill set
University degree in marketing sales business finance design or communications journalism or project management
Fluency in English and German written and spoken with the ability to moderate discussions and craft persuasive pitches; French is an advantage
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate international andcrossfunctionalpursuit teams
Proven ability to translate complex information into clear persuasive written and visual messages
Pragmaticobjectiveand creative approach to problem solving with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience inanticipatingdeadlines and managing a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders
