As a Demi-Chef de Partie in the banquet department youre the steady hand in the banquet kitchen. Youll play a key role contributing your innovative ideas to the design and preparation of dishes that enchant our guests senses. Youll work closely with our Banquet Sous Chef and the team to continuously improve the presentation and quality of our offerings.

Is this you

• You work independently reliably and with a strong focus on hygiene
• You have completed your training in fine dining
• You have experience in a similar position
• Youre passionate about large-scale banquet kitchens and enjoy treating your guests to culinary delights
• Youre brimming with ideas and creativity Youre a team player
• You have good language skills in German and English
• You either have a Swiss B or C permit or an EU citizenship
