Your Responsibilities:
You manage global HR projects end-to-end from planning to rollout and stabilization.
Together with the respective HR departments you define scope timelines and milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You work with established project management approaches (agile waterfall or hybrid) and use suitable tools to keep projects on track.
Coordinating international teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders across functions and regions is a no-brainer for you
You actively manage stakeholders keep them informed and help align different expectations and priorities.
Risks and dependencies are managed early by you including appropriate steps for mitigation.
You support the improvement of HR processes and contribute to global HR initiatives.
You prepare clear status updates and reports for management.
Your Profile - Must Have:
Several years of experience in project management ideally in an international environment.
Solid understanding and proper application of common project management methods and tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.
Structured and reliable way of working with good attention to detail.
Experience working in a digital or fast-growing company.
Fluent English (business level).

Experience in HR projects or general HR knowledge.
Familiarity with change or transformation projects.
