Sr Manager Product Management Tech, Emerging Markets, Seller Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Product management Technical to join our Emerging Markets Seller Experience team. This role will be instrumental in making our marketplaces the preferred choice for sellers across emerging markets by developing and implementing solutions that drive long-term seller growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing launching and scaling several product innovations worldwide and partnering / leading diverse international product and tech organization towards a common vision.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute product vision and multi-year strategy for seller success and mobile seller experience
Lead development of comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with key business objectives
Drive innovation in mobile-first solutions for emerging market sellers

Market Intelligence & Product Development
Conduct extensive market research and seller need analysis across emerging markets
Translate market insights into actionable product requirements
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
Implement data-driven decision making processes

Cross-functional Leadership
Partner with platform tech UX and data science teams to deliver complex and ambiguous product solutions
Influence roadmaps of adjacent teams to ensure aligned seller experience
Drive stakeholder alignment through structured planning and review sessions (3YP OPs QBRs WBRs)
Partner with store teams to identify the right priorities

Performance Management
Own key performance metrics for seller success initiatives
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Monitor product adoption business goals and optimize roadmap based on performance data

- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
