Branch Manager Position eligibility :

Education: Bachelors Degree / Graduation is mandatory in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within Gold Loan Gold Buying Retail Jewellery Banking NBFC or BFSI sectors focusing primarily on gold products.
Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in Hindi (local language) and effective corporate communication skills in English.
Location Familiarity: Thorough knowledge of the local retail market and demographics.
Notice period: 30-45 Days Max
