Those in Real Assets at PwC advise public and private sector clients in procuring developing financing and executing projects in the energy infrastructure and mining sectors. Support transaction teams on project finance and infrastructure engagements
Actively contributetoprojectdevelopments financings and transactions within the infrastructure space
Develop and reviewfinancial models and performcomplex data analysis including preparing visual representations of data
Conduct financial and commercial analysis of projects and companies including feasibility assessmentsand cash-flow analysis
Leadthe preparation of client reports presentations and information memorandums
Undertake market research and benchmarking exercisesand stay current on developments in the Canadian infrastructuremarket
Contributebusiness development initiatives including the preparation of pitch decks marketing materials and proposals
Coach and review work completed by Associates while working collaboratively with managers and senior team members

Business or Finance degree preferred with a strong preference for candidates who specialized in finance
Demonstrated interest and/or experienceworking in infrastructure broadly with exposure to project finance infrastructure advisory or infrastructure investing; sector-specific experience is considered an asset but not
Strong financial modeling skills
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights and solve problems
Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg Capital IQ or similar platforms is considered an asset
Substantialyearsofexperiencepreferablyat a Big Four firm bank asset manager fund or similar environment
Progress towards or completion of a professional finance designation such as the CFA is preferred
Demonstrated ability to learn and problem-solve with a curious mindset and comfort working in ambiguous situations
Strong communicationskills and the ability to mentor junior team members andcollaborate with diverse teams
Familiarity with AI / GenAI use cases is considered an asset
This roledoesntsupport completion of the Canadian CPA designation

The salary range for this position is $58400 - $97500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
