Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to design develop and support enterprise-grade Appian applications that drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Appian development expertise integration experience and the ability to deliver scalable workflow automation solutions.
What youll do- Design and develop Appian applications interfaces and workflows
- Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems APIs databases and document management platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions
- Ensure application performance scalability reliability and security
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and QA teams
- Support unit testing UAT production deployments and issue resolution
- Follow development standards governance and Appian best practices
- 6 8 years of software development experience with strong Appian expertise
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Appian applications and workflows
- Experience building integrations using APIs databases and enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing application performance
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with SailPoint integration and identity governance solutions
