Pay Rate: $23.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures monitoring access points and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet employees visitors and vendors at the front desk verify credentials and manage visitor check-in and/or badging processes in accordance with location protocols.
• Answer questions provide directions and support a professional lobby experience while helping to address security-related concerns in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations by documenting details notifying appropriate contacts and following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity maintain required logs and reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and/or client contacts regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
