Job Summary

HealthBay is a leading healthcare provider in the region offering a wide range of medical services to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Systems Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a CRM Systems Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This includes ensuring the system is up-to-date accurate and meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the CRM system including data entry data cleaning and system updates

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention

- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data

- Regularly analyze and report on CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention

- Train and support staff on CRM system usage and best practices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to continuously improve our system and processes

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business systems and processes

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the security and confidentiality of customer data

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM system management preferably in the healthcare industry

- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices

- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
